A little bit about me! I am a fully qualified Trades person, completing my trade at one of the Illawarra's most pristegious Italian Patisserie's. I worked there as a pastry cook for 6 years before leaving and starting to build my own empire. A local girl with a big dream to create amazing desserts for everyone, I've travelled through Europe researching the best quality pastries for me to recreate just for you.

The Patisserie Oak Flats has been family orientated for the past 8 years and we continue to keep this alive!
Phil and Kristy have worked endlessly hard to build this empire to what it is today, and I intend to build on this empire and continue its legacy!
We pride ourselves on making everything on site and everything is handmade, with care and love. With traditional recipes, straight from France we guarantee you will not be disappointed with what we have to offer.
And we cannot forget about the AWARD WINNIG MEAT PIE! Thats right, our plain pie got crowned "The Best Pie In The Illawarra", this recipe has not and will not be changed. keeping tradition alive!
